This Sun filled space is located in Portland's famous East End and on the 2nd floor of an authentic victorian building (150 years old). Recent renovations infuse the charm of the past with an envigorating touch of modernism in high quality furnishings and edgy color scheme to spoil you, your clients, and loved ones, while spacious garden views give you all the tranquility you'll ever need. When you venture out, you'll stroll a block or 2 for coffee at Belleville bakery or Rosemont market. Or... pop into one of a number of amazing restaurants, then wander down the gorgeous Eastern Promenade, spausing to take in the jaw dropping views of Casco Bay and its islands. Walk into town to enjoy more award winning restaurants, ferries to the islands, and great shopping in the Old Port. Later, head back up the hill for 5 star or casual dining and perhaps take in some local theater...or hit some galleries and one of the local bars on your way "home". If you'd prefer not to walk or drive, pick up a taxi, uber, lyft or a bus into downtown a block away, and switch at Monument Square for a bus to the airport. A taxi downtown will cost around $6 and a ride to the airport should be under $23, including tip. The flat has 3 clean and private bedrooms with new and comfortable mattresses including a Queen, a full, and a twin sizes. It has plenty of storage for your things, and an equiped laundry room with another daybed (twin or queen, if you flip it open), and an air mattress if needed. There's a private sun deck, off street parking, and a full kitchen, equiped with everything you'll need to cook and entertain. Fresh towels, shampoo, etc. can be found in the full bathroom. I provide complimentary morning coffee and tea...please ask if you will require anything else specifically. Secure wireless internet and television with Netflix are included.
