Description
Collepino, formerly called Colle-Lupino (Colle del Lupo), is a small castle from the early Middle Ages at 600m above sea level, within the Monte Subasio park. Built in local white and pink stone, it still has 1 door, remains of the walls and 4 of the 7 original towers. From here you can enjoy the view of the Umbrian Valley. It was founded by the local shepherds who worked for the Abbey of San Silvestro. From Collepino there are several walks including the path of the Roman Aqueduct to Spello. The space House of about 130 square meters on 2 floors, completely renovated. On the ground floor there is a large living area and kitchen equipped with induction cooktops, a coffee machine, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
