Sleeping up to 19 people, This Luxury Vacation has bedrooms across both floors including 2 children's themed bedrooms! The entertainment inside your vacation home is endless with an upper floor loft area and themed games room with a ping pong, foosball and air hockey table as well as a private swimming pool and spa right outside your patio doors where you can bask in the Florida sunshine and warm weather any time of the day! ***Note: Encore clubhouse and resort amenities are not available for guests Downstairs Bedrooms: King sized Master with en suite (shower, tub, twin vanities), patio access and an accent chair King sized bedroom Family bathroom (shower) Laundry room is located downstairs Upstairs Bedrooms: 2x King sized Masters each with their own en suites (shower, tub, twin vanities) King sized bedroom with en suite (shower) King sized bedroom A bedroom with a Twin and Full sized bed as well as an en suite (shower, twin vanities) Themed bedroom with a Full sized bed and en suite (shower) Themed bedroom with 2x Twin sized beds Family bathroom (shower) Main Living Area: Spacious comfortable  seating area with a sectional and 2x accent chairs overlooking the private pool deck through sliding glass doors, additional seating area with a leather sofa and 2x accent chairs Kitchen: Fully equipped with a granite 5 seat breakfast bar 2x Refrigerator/freezers, oven, microwave, 2x dishwashers, coffee maker, toaster, blender All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware Dining: Table seats 16 people (2x 8 seat tables) Entertainment: Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and access to complimentary Wifi Main living area has a large flat screen TV Upstairs loft area has a sectional, accent chair, and large flat screen TV Themed games room has a ping pong, air hockey, and foosball table Outdoor Living Space: Private swimming pool and spillover spa (optional heating) 2x sun loungers, 8 seat patio table, large comfortable outdoor seating area with sofas, patio chairs, and a sectional BBQ and fire pit (gas available locally) Pool half bathroom EXTRAS: POOL HEAT: $50.00 per day (minimum 4 days) upon request. Grill fee: to use the grill we charge $65 plus tax mandatory cleaning fee. We do not provide a full propane tank, it is the guest's responsibility. As a courtesy, we provide the propane tank to exchange. ܏
