We welcome you to stay at our fun and roomy walkout basement! Conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from Beaver Stadium/Downtown, across the street from Spring Creek Park, which features tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, playgrounds, and bike/walking paths. Or you can spend your time inside and take advantage of the game room which features a pool table, foosball table, and a dartboard. You and your family can enjoy a weekend full of PSU football, family, and fun! The space Our space comfortably hosts 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a game room. Our guests are able to park in our 4 car driveway. Feel free to use the Keurig, dishes, pots and pans, and anything else you might need to make your game day recipes. Watch the game with the whole family in the living room on a 43" TV or watch it in the game room on a 50” TV. WIFI is available throughout the space . Clean towels will also be provided for each guest. The homeowner will be staying in the upstairs/second level of the home, providing you with complete privacy, but will be available if you need anything. We are committed to thoroughly cleaning all commonly touched surfaces, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas prior to each stay. WE ARE! Guest access Guests have access to our driveway that is able to fit four vehicles. You and your family will have a private back door entrance that opens up to the game room and a secondary entrance that opens up to the kitchen. We also ask our guests to take off their shoes at each entrance and place them next to the doors. Strictly NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, and NO PETS.
