The 6000 sq foot building sits on a rare double lot in the city and occupies 10,000 sq feet of land space on a busy city street. Your apartment has been beautifully renovated with top-of the line amenities with luxurious comfort in mind. You will be using the main entrance of the building/house to get to your floor. Once your enter the main door, take the stairs on your left two flights up to get to your apartment. The stairs are also used by the residents of the floors below. Since this is a three story walk up, it is important to keep in mind if you can’t climb stairs. There is no elevator as this is a single home. If you need help with carrying luggage, let us know in advance so we can help you carry it! We are here to help with anything you need that makes your stay in our rental an exceptional experience. Please note there is an arlo doorbell camera on the exterior front door of the main house/building which will be on during your stay and looks out onto the front porch . The building has a camera in the foyer lobby located on the ceiling as soon as you enter the main building and looks out into the lobby and building main entrance . It will be on during your stay.
