Renovated 4 bed 3 bath home in Broulee

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Broulee home is large and fully renovated inside. Large enough to accomodate 2 families or 3 couples or a group of friends who are in need of a relaxing beach holiday. Only a short few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and surf club. The entire home is yours to treat it as your own, relax and be comfortable. Cook up a storm in the webber and enjoy it at the private north facing yard. The backyard is fully enclosed so even the family pet can join you. The space The house is very spacious and features a seperate lounge room. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped so you don't feel like you need to eat out for every meal. (Although, 3 sisters Thai just down the road are hard to pass up)! The large main bedroom room features a king bed, kitchenette, ensuite and even it's own private deck. The main bathroom has a shower only and a separate toilet. Bedroom 4 is separate from the other 3 bedrooms and also has an ensuite. Guest access The entire house (minus the garage) is accessible to guests. There is also a lovely north facing BBQ area with webber and outdoor table. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower (hot water). Other things to note Depending on dates, there will be a 5 or 7 night minimum stay during peak season. Linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your beach towels. Can comfortably sleep 8, and I can also provide a rollaway bed at request.
