You will be immersed in the elements and ever-changing landscape… The space This is a converted static caravan at the top of our agricultural field, which we have insulated, clad externally and internally. You have your own front and back outdoor space with far reaching views. Sit in the morning sunshine behind the new fruit trees, and bring out your coffee to bask in the sunshine. We have a private area with a firepit for evening star gazing which on a clear night is phenomenal. The kitchen, dining and living area are all open plan, looking over a beautiful view across the valley. The fire heats the whole property and can dry any wet walking clothes on the adjacent ladder. We have good internet speed. The property has good lighting for reading and also gentle lighting for the evening. The shower room has a loo, small sink and shower. It has space for a couple of washbags, and a bamboo ladder which holds your towels. The bedroom has a king-size bed, beautiful French linen and is separated by a linen curtain from the main living space. Morning sunshine floods the bedroom to start your day. There is plenty of storage space for clothes in the lockers either side of the dressing table. A couple of hangers are available for posh frocks. (extra bags store under the bed). Guest access From the main road there is a very narrow Devon lane to access the property. Wildlife in the hedgerows are protected from Spring to late Autumn. We cannot cut back the hedgerows during this time. Please drive carefully as animals, children or an occasional cyclist could be around the bend. There is guest parking for up to two cars by Little Northside. Other things to note Mike, my husband is an architect and together we transformed an old static caravan into this gorgeous space. During lockdown we clad the outside, insulated the walls and made this beautiful cabin. To be honest, I could move into Little Northside full time! Cushions, throws and rugs are made from recycled plastic bottles from local artisans Weaver Green. The chairs and coffee table are ercol originals and you can enjoy tea in beautiful y tactile Pippi & Me Mugs, from Dartington. This is a place to read, play chess, cycle, walk and really kick back to watch the huge sky by the firepit. I have a beautiful kinesiology clinic on site which you can book for an MOT treatment and then stroll back to your cabin for a snooze. We're really proud of our Little Northside and hope you find peace and reset yourselves in our exquisite landscape.
