The space CASA COQUETA has full linen, kitchen utensils, satellite TV, wifi internet and water suitable for consumption thanks to the existing treatment plant on the plot, among other benefits. The house has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own full private bathroom; each room is equipped with two double beds + a single bed. It also has a large living and dining room; kitchen, social bathroom and a pleasant access hall so you can enjoy village life sharing with visitors who quietly walk the cobbled streets of the village. Upon arrival at the COQUETA HOUSE, guests can enjoy a cool house with its high ceilings, to which they can have access for their enjoyment, of all the private areas of the house, without any exclusion. Other things to note Please note that upon entering the plot, and by policy of the administration of the condominium, you must cancel $20,000 for each vehicle that enters, a resource that will be used by the administration as a contribution to the maintenance of common areas. On the perimeter of the village, you can walk the ecological trail in the middle of leafy vegetation, ceibas and imposing samanes that give a delicious fresh.
