Charming Garden Room in centre of peaceful village

A delightful self-contained Garden Room in the peaceful village of Graffham with lovely rural views, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the popular village shop which supplies a large variety of fresh food and a continental breakfast, as well as walking distance from two excellent pubs. Its a wonderful base to explore the South Downs by foot or bike, or visit the antique shops of Petworth, Petworth House, polo in Midhurst, West Dean Gardens, Parham House, motor & horse racing at Goodwood. The space The Garden Room is light and spacious and offers a king size bed with ensuite shower room, sofabed for an occasional extra guest, breakfast bar with space for working as well as a fridge, kettle and toaster, Wifi and TV. Guest access Parking is in our shared driveway close to the Garden Room. Other things to note The Garden Room is close to our house and the outside seating area does not have boundaries, but we will respect your privacy. Use of the sofabed is for single occupancy only and must be booked in advance at a cost of £25 per night, to ensure clean linen is provided. One small well behaved dog is welcome at a cost of £20 per trip but should not be left in the accommodation unaccompanied. Please book in advance. One night weekday bookings may be requested in advance.
