Studio apartment, one room with private entrance and a private bathroom. The apartment is walking distance from downtown Sylva and is cozy. There is NO FULL kitchen, but we have provided a microwave, coffee maker, fridge and most basic plates/utensils/glasses. Washer and dryer are provided. There is a mini split unit to ensure you have your own control over air/heat for comfort. Downtown Sylva has wonderful farm to table restaurants, breweries, and retail stores....ALL WALKING DISTANCE.
