Casita Marroc is a private large studio apartment in the Quinta del Encanto property. You arrive using a short path from the garden entrance. Enjoy the comfort of a king size bed, walk in closet, a kitchen ready for meal preparation with a window overlooking Banderas Bay, large bath with walk in shower, two lav sinks and a private toilet room. There is a sitting area used for enjoying the 55" TV w/cable and as an eating area. Your private view patio waiting outside. Casita Marroc is a portion of a more complex project call Quinta del Encanto. Constructed in the Mexican contemporary style, the modern design is organic and finishes are natural materials with colorful accents. A private gate from the outside garden stairs and walk bring you to a path that leads you to Casita Marroc. There is a private terrace overlooking the village snd Banderas Bay as part of this accommodation. The pool is shared by all guests. We encourage a WhatAPP group chat with our guests. This gives them constant access so we can assist them with their requests. We are on a hillside overlooking the village and Banderas Bay. The sounds of the roosters and ocasional dog are heard as is normal in rural Mexico. Being above the village there are stairs through out the property, breezes to keep guests comfortable and views of the bay, marina and distant jungle foothills. Taxi stand nearby and available by phone. Sometimes Uber available on weekends. A bus passes by at bottom of the hill. Our property is in a Mexican village with all the normal cultural influences. Our son lives n the property and assists are guests however necessary. Our staff is trained to make sure the property is well maintained and Covid conscious as well.
