This apartment is ideally located at Refuges des Outalays, a small complex of buildings located less than 50 m from the ski slopes with ideal access to the Charmieux chairlift (one of the main meeting places of the ESF/kindergarten)... The space This apartment is ideally located at Refuges des Outalays, a small complex of buildings located less than 50 m from the ski slopes with ideal access to the Charmieux chairlift (one of the main meeting places of the ESF/kindergarten) and about 20 min walk from the main shopping street of the village of Chinaillon. With its two bedrooms, this 45 m2 apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two additional people can be accommodated if needed (sofa bed in the living room). Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, including a "King size" bed. A shower room equipped with a washer/dryer and a separate toilet is located in the entrance. The kitchen open to the living room and dining room is fully equipped (ceramic hobs, dishwasher, dishes etc). The living room is bright and very comfortable, it gives access to the south-facing balcony which offers a lovely unobstructed view of the slopes and mountains. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with DVD player, a Hi-Fi system with CD player including connections for MP3 player etc. Wi-Fi access is available on request at an additional cost. The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). The end of stay cleaning is included however the premises must be left in a correct state (unmade beds, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...) Baby cots and high chairs are at your disposal, please ask us in advance.
