This house is in the new-developed, modern, quiet and safe area & well established highly desirable neighborhood. We've have many restaurants, coffee shops, stores: Walmart, Starter Bros, Costco, ... nearby to fulfill your every need; Especially it is close to AV College, USPS, Lancaster Administration Bldg., Lancaster High School, AV Colleage, AV Hospital, …. and an easy 10-15 mins drive to Palmdale. The space This room is located at the most quiet corner of the house, still full natural light and cozy atmosphere. Guest access At leisure time, guests can walk, hike, bike around the neighborhood with free mind and calm soul. For parking, the house provides 5 parking lots of its own: 3 on driveway, 2 at street lots at right&left of the house. In addition, there are street parking-lots around where guests can take, when available. During your stay We will welcome guests on check-in date and available when needed.
