The space the house is located in the heights of the town of Rivière-Salée, 5 minutes from the village, you can access the beaches of Ste Luce in 15 minutes, its location is ideal for visiting the island, whether to go to the most tourist area in Trois-Îlets 15 minutes away, the coves of Arlets or the nearby Diamant, or to visit the north of the island for a hike or a river bath. The shops of the village are very close, Carrefour market, pharmacy, Leader Price, market banks 5 minutes by car. The villa has a salt pool equipped with a spa function (submerged bench and massage nozzles), a TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime TV, 3 bedrooms each equipped with a queen and king size double bed, the third with 2 twin beds that can be coupled to have a king size bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is bioclimatic: In addition to air conditioning, the villa has solar roof air extractors, a system that combined with mosquito nets on windows that can remain open, and good natural ventilation of the land, maintains a constant temperature even in case of high heat.
