Whether you are visiting for nature or quality time with family and friends, the house is designed to make you feel right at home. Ground Floor: Space to gather On the ground floor, you have your own entrance hall (following the shared main hall) leading into a generous living area. After a day in nature, sink into the cushions, play a game from our collection, or enjoy a book on your own sunny, south-facing private terrace. Living room: Spacious seating area with TV, books, and board games. Kitchen: Fully equipped for a delicious family meal, featuring a large dining area for shared dinners. Extra: Separate toilet on the ground floor; high chair and toys provided. The upper floors: Peace and privacy Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across the first and second floors. Beds are fully made upon arrival, and we provide 2 towels per person. 1st floor Master Suite: Bedroom with an extra-long queen-size bed (160 x 220 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2: Room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Sanitair: Additional bathroom with shower and a second separate toilet in the hallway. 2nd floor - Bedroom 3: A spacious, quiet attic room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Practical: Extras & Location For active guests, there is a large shared garage to store your bikes, motorbikes, or other equipment safely and dry. Free parking is available directly in front of the door. A travel cot or baby monitor is available upon request. You are staying in the heart of Lacuisine village. Walk straight out the door to the forest or the banks of the Semois (300m). Local cuisine and charming shops in Florenville and Chiny are within walking distance or a short drive away. Guest access You have the entire 'Arel' home to yourself, including your private entrance hall and sun terrace. Although the building consists of two units, we only rent to one group at a time. This means you will be the only guests in the building, with exclusive access to the large garage (for bikes/motorbikes) and the central hallway. Free parking is available right in front of the door. Other things to note Peace & Quiet: Holiday home Arel is part of a larger building that also houses a second unit (D’Gaume). While we only rent to one group at a time to ensure your privacy, the building is not completely soundproof. You may occasionally hear sounds from the other part of the house. You are also located in the heart of the village, so some street noise or church bells may be audible. Capacity & Safety: We maintain a strict limit of maximum 6 people. The house has exactly 6 beds (2 double beds and 2 single beds). Upon request, one travel cot for a baby can be added, but the total group size can never exceed 6 people due to fire insurance and safety regulations. House Rules: To maintain the peace in the village center, loud parties are not allowed. Smoking or making fire is strictly prohibited inside.
