Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cabin within walking distance of beautiful Lake Ossipee. Great hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, tennis and so much more. This is a place to put your feet up or get out explore. The space This charming log cabin is located within walking distance to Lake Ossipee. No matter the season - this location has access to a private beach, picnic area, playground, tennis and basketball court as well as outstanding views of the surrounding mountains. There is a boat launch and boat dock for loading and unloading, a swim area & dock as well. The cabin is a mix of rustic log cabin with a fairly new addition. Three bedrooms, one small bathroom, two living rooms and a fully functional kitchen. There is a large deck in the front of the house and a smaller back deck for grilling. The dining area has a large table with benches - two chairs on each end. Great place to eat and connect. There is also a large table on outside front deck. There are two smart TV’s and plenty of jigsaw puzzles and a few family games. A few books are also available to read. Please keep my number for future rentals. Guest access Cabin sits on a corner lot with two driveways. Other things to note Gas grill on back deck for all you grill enthusiasts. Wood stove and washer and dryer are on premise but NOT available to guests. (sorry) Wood is available to purchase for outdoor fire pit. $25 per night for wood. Three Smart TV’s WiFi password posted on inside of kitchen cabinet door. Pets are NOT permitted. Security cameras on premises and are deactivated on day of arrival. Trash - 3 options: Take with you; separate and bring to dump; leave $25 and trash will be picked up. You must separate. This is a family cabin that I rent when I am not able to use it myself - therefore you may see more personal items on premises. (Cabinet with family albums, etc) I do make an effort to put that kind of stuff away, so I apologize in advance.
