Guesthouse 115

The decor of the apartment is basic, modern and rustic. In the past, this floor served as a hayloft for the horse stables below, where the horses of the military police were stabled at the time. Guesthouse 115 is located in picturesque Valkenburg and with locations such as Thermae 2000, the hills, Holland Casino, and close to beautiful Maastricht, it is good to stay from our accommodation. The space The space is a small but nice. There is a bedroom (lockable) of about 12m2 equipped with an air conditioner that both heats and cools, widescreen TV and clothes rack. The living room is about 18 m2 and has a fully functional kitchen with combi oven, induction stove and refrigerator, Nespresso, as well as a luxury sofa which also serves as a sofa bed (double 200 x 160). In addition, there is a dining table and chairs suitable for 4 people. This room also features air conditioning that cools and heats. The room also has an HD widescreen TV. The (private) bathroom is located between the bedroom and living room and is about 4m2 and equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom also has a heater and a hairdryer. The room is also lockable. The space is located on the second floor of the apartment and is accessible via the (private) entrance on the ground floor. Behind the entrance is also a small hall where coats and shoes can be placed. Guest access It is a small apartment (total about 35m2) on the first floor (previously this space served as a hayloft) of the old horse stables located on our property. Access to the apartment and private parking via our own driveway (closed by electric gate). Other things to note - It is desirable to indicate an arrival time when booking. - Parking is available on private property for one car, but this is not accessible without the help of the host (closed private property). - Check-out is always before noon.
