The space BEDROOM - Primary: queen bed, en-suite bathroom - Couch in living room pulls out to a full-size bed - TV in bedroom BATHROOM - Primary Bath: walk-in shower + single vanity - Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, fluffy towels and hair dryer provided in bathroom KITCHEN - Coffee: K-cup machine + coffee provided + sweetener + creamer - Microwave + refrigerator/freezer + small stovetop/oven DINING - Banquet seating in kitchen for up to 4 ENTERTAINMENT + WORK - Smart TV - Use your login to access a variety of streaming apps - WiFi & Cell service can be spotty at times! YARD AREA - Front porch perfect for reading, sipping morning coffee - Fire pit, wood not provided - Ask about our Firewood Package for $35 Guest access - The owner has a dwelling at the back of the property and is sometimes on-site. You will have full privacy during your entire stay. - It is possible for the main house on the property to be booked during your stay. There are no shared amenities. - Wood is not provided. - Ask about our Firewood Package for $35! Other things to note - CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 4% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance. - Age Requirements: Must be 22+ to rent this home. - Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.  - When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.
