Brixham - Kingsford Cottage - Near SW Coastal Path

A cosy holiday bungalow, set in a peaceful spot close to the SW coastal path & Berry Head Nature Reserve. Ideal for couples or families, we are also close to Breakwater Beach and approximately 1 mile from the pretty Brixham harbour. Please note: St Mary’s Bay is about a 25-min walk with many steps, not 12 mins as stated by Airbnb. The space Kingsford Cottage has an open plan kitchen / living space, a double bedroom room, twin bedroom and refurbished bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no bath), shaver point and heated towel rail. The kitchen is well equipped with glasses, cutlery and crockery as well as cooking utensils and pans. All bedding and bath towels are provided - please bring your own beach/swimming towels. A welcome tray of tea, coffee, milk and sugar will be provided, as well as spare toilet roll and kitchen roll, washing up liquid and tea-towels, liquid soap in bathroom and kitchen and basic cleaning materials. We aim to provide everything you need for a relaxing self catering holiday. The bedrooms have blackout curtains , as does the living area. There are USB charge points in the lounge, kitchen and double bedroom. Also provided are a small first aid kit, hairdryer and a torch, iron and table top ironing board and a Henry vacuum cleaner. Outside the cottage is a picnic style table and benches. All grassed areas are open and are public areas. To use facilities on the holiday park (shop, bar, outdoor covered pool, games room and children's play area), contact the main reception for opening hours and charges. Guests with a pass can also use at The Bay facilities at the nearby Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat. Guest access Free parking is available in the car park at the entrance to the site (it can get busy in peak periods). Unloading is permitted outside the cottage but then please park in the carpark. There are 4 steps to the entrance (with a handrail). All guests must be able to climb those steps. Other things to note There are no special facilities or safety measures for babies/young children. There is no bath - bring a baby bath or sit toddlers in the shower tray. We do not allow any pets. Please let us know if you would like to bring a registered disability dog. Note that they must not be allowed on any furniture and there is limited space particularly in the double bedroom. There is no enclosed outside space, and they must be on a lead at all times in the holiday park.
