Guests love it here because it feels like home away from home, sharing safe space with Glamma + 3 more adults. A lovely, quiet space designed for 1 FEMALE Only. Smoke-free home. 5 min from I- 95. WiFi , Roku/Netflix included. Senior cat lives here; home not suited for other pets. Long term stays possible. The space Lovely, furnished room w/ queen bed, private bath, in an intentionally created non-smoking/non-vaping family home in a quiet neighborhood. There's usually some cooking going on in the kitchen. You're welcome to relax & enjoy your meals in the dining room. The neighborhood is a safe place to go for walks. There's a reading/writing nook in the room or you can curl up & watch the latest Netflix movie. Wifi, Roku/Netflix available. Guest access Guest may park in front of the property; host will give specific instructions upon arrival. During your stay Guests are given their space, but we're available if needed. Other things to note For health reasons, smoking, vaping, incense candles or perfumed candles are not allowed on house premises or patio. Guest can use clothes washer & dryer but need to supply their own detergent & softener products. An iron & board is available; guest would need to supply their own starch if desired. Laundry mat also an option, close to house. Kitchen has a small designated area for guest items.
