Cozy Room in Historic Bed and Breakfast
The Captain Bagley room is located in the beautifully restored Bliss Farm Inn in Durham, Maine. Built in 1772, this room is named for O. Israel Bagley, the original builder of the house and one of the first settler's of our town. The room boasts a very large, but detached, private bathroom, electric fireplace, fully stocked guest fridge, and luxurious linens. Included in your stay is a full continental breakfast as well as a farm-to-table hot entree, 24/7 snacks and beverages, and evening sherry Bliss Farm Inn is nestled in the rolling hills and farmland of Durham, Maine. We are very close to Freeport; however, you will need a car to get around as the town itself is very rural. Since we are located in the heart of Durham's farmland and pastures, a car is necessary to explore the area or to make the short, 6 mile trip to Freeport. Parking is available at the inn in the front roundabout or in the small lot adjacent to the building.
