Enjoy a stress free Hamptons vacation in our bright, relaxing home. You'll be 10 minutes drive to the bustling Village of East Hampton, close to beautiful, sandy beaches, and just one mile from the historic home and studio of Jackson Pollock (a must see if you are a fan of the artist!). The space Located on a quiet street, you can enjoy a relaxing stay in Cedar Springs House, a bright, cozy, home. With an open floor plan livingroom/kitchen that leads outside to a private backyard with a large heated pool, you can enjoy spending time with friends and family indoors or out! The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, sitting area and TV that can be connected to NetFlix, HBO GO, etc. There is a first floor bedroom (king sized bed) that shares a bathroom/shower with the common space living room. A second floor bedroom also has a king sized bed, both bedrooms are also equipped with TV's. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and is ideal for two or more families vacationing together with children who want to bunk together. TV also included. There is a third bathroom on the second floor that has a bath tub for those who prefer a bubbly bathing option! Foldable workstations are available for those guests who have to work remotely. Pool is opened seasonally (usually from May to September) and requires additional fees to cover heating and maintenance expenses. Please contact us for details. Guest access Guests get access to the entire property including the pool, backyard and all levels of the house Other things to note Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and 2 coolers are available for your use during your stay. Heated pool is open seasonally - please contact us for the exact opening and closing dates and associated heating fees All guests are required to use our cleaning services at least once a week during their stay - these services will be provided to guests at cost with no markups. Payments for these mid-stay cleanings are in addition to rent and are payable directly to the cleaning team.
