The Loft House - 3 Bedrooms - IU Bloomington

Located near Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, our house is a clean, 3 bedroom house with vaulted ceilings, sleeping loft and open living area. This is not a big house, but our house will comfortably sleep six and can accommodate up to nine individuals. The house is located minutes away from IU, the mall, and downtown. Bryan Park is only two and a half blocks away. Walk to shops and Soma Coffee House & Juice Bar. Come stay for work, an IU game or a visit with your IU student. The space The entire house and property is available for you to use. Park your bikes in the shed, cook a meal in the kitchen, watch Netflix on the TV, or use the washer and dryer to do your laundry. The kitchen is a fully functioning kitchen. It has pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, shed, decks and back yard. There is space to park three or four cars in the driveway. Other things to note To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a pet free and smoke free environment.
