Our Agoura HIlls House is in a very quiet neighborhood on a corner lot. The house is split in two so it has shared walls with our renter but there are no common areas of use and the renter uses a completely separate entrance. So it is a house turned into 2 units. Our house is 20 minutes away from Zuma Beach Malibu. The area is full of areas for great hikes, restaurants and so much to do. Our yard is to die for! Our yard is really big! Make sure you understand that there are shared walls with our renter. No shared spaces and no shared entrance just shared walls similar to an apartment building. Basically the house is converted into 2 apartments and the one you will rent is the one that gets access to the large yard. I will be available 24/7 via text or phone.
