Modern beach villa with pool

The fully equipped & private beach villa is located in Areia Branca near Lourinhã, one hour north of Lisbon and 15 minutes south of Peniche. The villa is suitable for larger groups up to 17 persons as well as for 2-3 families. The comfortable house is located only 4 minutes walking distance from the surfing beach "Praia do Areal", a beautiful beach. In summer the house serves as a surf camp, in "winter" (November to March) it is rented exclusively to groups & families. The space The house is equipped with 4 rooms each with 2 bunk beds (1 room with additional sofa bed), 3 bathrooms, a large common room with TV and computer, fully equipped kitchen and pool & outdoor area and several terraces. In the courtyard there is a private pool with deck chairs, dart board, foosball table, table tennis, etc. There is free high-speed wifi access in the house (also for home office). If needed, there is a complete equipment of surfboards and wetsuits for rent (extra charge). If required, we offer surf courses or equipment rental. Guest access Excellent location for trips to Lisbon, Sintra, Obidos, Nazaré and other interesting places. Other world famous surf beaches next to Homebeach such as Supertubos, Baleal, etc. can be reached in max. 15 minutes. The beach promenade of "Praia da Areia Branca" with bars and restaurants is also within 10 minutes walking distance. Supermarkets etc. can be found in Lourinhã. Other things to note * General check-in time is from 14h-20h * General check-out time is until 11h * Check-in after 20h to 00h additional fee of 20€. * Check-in after 00h for an additional fee of 50€. * Check-out after 12h for an additional fee (if possible). * From 23h the night silence must be respected. * Guests must pay a deposit of € 300 in cash at check-in, which will be refunded on the day of check-out if there are no damages on/in the house.
