Beautiful Lake Murray Retreat

Perfect Fisherman Retreat! Relax, fish, snowbird in SC, or just get away from the hustle and bustle of life! Although it is an "out in the country" feeling, we are just 2 miles into the heart of Lexington, the public boat launch and outstanding restaurants! Pet friendly - big fenced in back yard - and plenty of room for parking and storage of boat/jet ski trailers!Lexington County has implemented an age minimum of 25 years old to rent. The space This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath is the second home on our property. The house sits at the front of our property (at the street); views of the lake, but the lake is down the driveway, not out the back door. (Our 2 bedroom ABB is the lake walk out access). We have opened our guesthouse up to ABB to allow for pets since it has a fenced in back yard - in order to be able to continue to allow 4 legged guests we need everyone to ensure the animals do not get on the furniture, are potty trained and well behaved please. It’s a required to stay on the property at the guest house, we ask that you not bring them down to the lakefront and beach. Guest access The guest house sits on a quarter acre of land with a fully fenced in backyard. Our shared space is the beach, the kayaks, the dock and the lake - humans only 😊 Lexington County has implemented an age minimum of 25 years old to rent. Other things to note For consideration of all, we do not allow pets to come down to the beach or the lake. In an abundance of caution for our guests, since Covid we no longer stock pantry items.
