The space 'Chalet at Furano Lofts' is a meticulously presented, contemporary alpine chalet, 163 sq mtrs in size, set in an exclusive residential area on elevated land with exceptional views and surrounded by nature. The property is part of Furano's #1-rated Specialty Accommodation, 'Furano Lofts & Chalet', and guests enjoy access to a unique and exclusive onsite private onsen. Spread over 4 levels, this exceptional home comprises a split-level ground floor with underfloor heating, on both levels. A spacious entry, living room, dining room and fully-equipped, modern kitchen are located on one side of the ground floor. A unique automatic fireplace in the living room adds distinctive alpine atmosphere and a spacious, sun-drenched outdoor deck along one entire side of the house. On the other side of the ground floor a fully-self contained studio bedroom provides further master bedroom size accommodation for 2 with a private ensuite bathroom and walk-in dressing room. In the kitchen there is a convection oven, microwave oven, induction cook-top, full size dishwasher and large, family-size refrigerator. The master bedroom suite is located on its own private level, above the ground floor areas, and comprises a king-size bedroom with built in robes and a private en-suite bathroom with 'his and hers' vanity basins, a walk-in shower and full size bath that is set to auto-fill and heat to pre-set levels. The master bedroom faces the ski hill and spectacular views are available from this room and from its private balcony. On the next level above are two further bedrooms: one is Western-style with two single beds that can be combined to make one king-size bed, and the other is a Japanese-style tatami mat room with generous space for two, sleeping on thick, large size futons. The bedrooms on the 3rd level share a huge, family-size bathroom that features a sunken bath and shower with Tokachi Mountain views, an extra long, wood grain vanity bench with dual basins, and a separate bidet toilet and large capacity washer/dryer. A restful gallery/reading lounge with dramatic ski-hill views completes the upper bedroom level. Guest access Guests have private, card controlled access to the property, via its own access path/driveway. Other things to note This property has stair access to all levels. Please ensure that this style of access suits all Guests. We have a very strict no smoking rule that applies to the entire property and all guests and their invitees are required to comply. A minimum cleaning fee of ¥50,000 is charged for violations of this rule. Please note that Guests are responsible for any acts or omissions that cause damage to the property during their occupancy. A minimum repair fee of ¥50,000 applies and Guests authorise us to charge their nominated credit card for this amount, or such other amount as may be required, in the event of damage arising, fair wear and tear excepted.
