Little house on the edge of the Carpas Joanópolis Lake

This little house located in Joanópolis, surrounded by native forest, is ideal for those who enjoy the sound of birds, tranquility and natural beauty. Located in a rural area in Serra da Mantiqueira, 15 km from downtown Joanópolis and 20 km from downtown Monte Verde. This unique place has a style all its own. The house was built on the edge of a lake, has a deck, a paddle boat and many colorful carps. It contains a refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave oven, 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed. Guest access Guests can stroll the grounds on the trail, stroll the lake with the paddle boat, use the barbecue, picnic on the big stone, hike the surroundings. Other things to note The fish are ornamental and fishing is not allowed. The site is guarded by our dogs, who are not dangerous but bark to warn of your arrival. In the region, there are waterfalls, the most famous being the Preto waterfall, the source of the Piracicaba River.
