Charming house in the heart of Pornic, located a 5-minute walk from the port and train station, a 15-minute walk from the thalassotherapy center, the customs trail and the beach of the Source, one of the most beautiful in the city. All shops are nearby. With its two bedrooms and 3 beds, it accommodates 4 people + possibly a toddler (but not a baby) in the drawer bed of one of the two single beds. Refurbished kitchen. Furnished terrace overlooking the Ria, protected natural area. The space The accommodation is located on a quiet little street and has a dedicated parking space. It is bright and peaceful. The living room has a large dining table and a comfortable sofa. It overlooks the terrace, equipped with deckchairs, an electric awning, a table with chairs for lunch and a plancha. The kitchen has just been completely refurbished. From the terrace, you can see the port and the old town on the left, the Ria and its Koi carp ponds opposite and the casino on the right. Note: the Ria is a perfect natural space for cycling, walking or playing safely with children. House is great for a couple and 2 children/teens (+ possibly a young child). The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and the second 2 90 cm beds + 1 drawer bed. The kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Small bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Weekly rental (from Saturday to Saturday) from July 15 to August 30. Guest access Our house is a 1-minute drive from the port and a 5-minute walk from the SNCF train station and bus station.
