Beautiful home on the St. Louis River. 9 guest maximum 24/7. No events. Plenty of parking and is just 25 minutes from downtown Duluth & Superior. Pets are not allowed. The space Upstairs you will find a bathroom, a double pull out sofa, and 2 private bedrooms (1 with queen bed, 1 with a double pull out sofa). Downstairs you will find a kitchen, bathroom, 2 private bedrooms (1 with queen bed, 1 with 2 queen beds), and a living room. Guest access We provide a dock located on the St. Louis River and an easy access launch point at Mont Du Lac Resort. A pontoon or jet skis are available to rent daily or weekly. We also provide life jackets in most sizes. Other things to note Guests are expected to pay a $250 damage deposit upon arrival. The damage deposit will be returned following check-out, as long as there is no damage to the property.
