With 4 cozy bedrooms, a large living room, TV room, equipped kitchen, spacious balcony and a perfect outdoor area to relax — with a swimming pool, full gourmet space and lots of greenery around. A quiet retreat for those seeking leisure and tranquility without leaving the city. Guest access GENERAL NOTES Kitchen utensils - 1 gas stove, 2 barbecues, one with a grill, refrigerator. - The house is delivered clean. We do not charge a cleaning fee and the garbage must be packed in an appropriate place. We can check the possibility of hiring a cleaning/day laborer/cook to meet during the stay, the amount is 150.00/day (6 hours) SWIMMING POOL - The gourmet area and pool are integrated, the use of the pool by children must be done under adult supervision, as it is 1.40 deep. - For everyone's safety, only PLASTIC cups are allowed in the pool area. - The deck has no grade or parapet. - The pool has 9m x 1.40 x 3.50 with stainless steel cascade. It is not to be supported in the waterfall or on the statue (pantera) by the pool. - We advise you to turn on pool filtration pump whenever you use. This will always keep the water clean. Do not use chemicals in the pool, maintenance will be done daily by the host or homeowner. SAUNA - We do not supply the sauna gas. - To avoid accidents, only adults should turn on the sauna. - The intensity of the flame and the water register must be checked - We have very docile Golden dogs that are loose on the property. Dogs don't go indoors. We accept pets, but be careful to avoid getting around the house. Bring the bed to sleep indoors. Other things to note Ambient sound
