Private bedroom with shower

This is an upstairs spare bedroom with dedicated shower. The bedroom is down the hallway, away from others, unless there is another guest staying down the hall in the master suite. You are free to utilize the pool and hot tub. This rental is unavailable weekends, Feb thru Nov. please no dogs - family allergic The space Comfortable queen bed in private room with use of private bathroom. The room is at the end of a long hallway. Guest access Common areas such as living room with big screen TV, dining room, kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender etc. You may use the backyard patio, grill and pool & hot tub before 10pm. kitchen is unavailable for cooking meals. All outdoor activity must come inside at 10pm regardless of how quiet you may be. During your stay We are on site at times but you will have privacy except on the occasion when the master suite is occupied. Other things to note We have an English Cream Golden Retriever, Bella, who is super friendly sweet and loving. Most guests can't get enough of her!
