Condo in Palm Springs

This recently updated spacious studio suite has an industrial vibe in the iconic Via Alejo landmark building and has soaring views of the San Jacinto mountains. It is one of the few properties right in downtown Palm Springs, walking distance to the design district, Agua Caliente Casino, tons of bars & restaurants. There is an oversized heated pool, giant hot tub, gym, on-site laundry, outdoor seating spaces, and free parking in a lot adjacent to the building. This studio suite is a rare find The space The main room is spacious with bright white walls, exposed cement floors, area rugs, a ceiling fan, a giant 70-inch television, a super comfy queen size mattress, blackout blinds and curtains, and seating areas. The sunroom offers additional seating and a dedicated workspace that faces the beautiful mountains. The kitchen has been recently updated with a brand-new stove, brand new dishwasher, brand new microwave, countertop ice maker, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, garbage disposal, and counter seating. The bathroom has a new mirror, floors, toilet, showerheads, and a period/vintage vanity, counter, shower doors, and tub. there are plenty of towels. Guest access There is a parking lot next to the building that can be used by renters and their guests. The apartment is in downtown Palm Springs and within walking distance to all that Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon have to offer. Other things to note There is no smoking allowed in the apartment or anywhere in the building common areas. Pets are not allowed, but I may make an exception. There is a bicycle for use at the renter's own risk and the renter is responsible for any damage to it.
