A short walk from the Republic of San Marino, Le Nuvole is located on top of the village of Verucchio, from which it dominates with an exclusive panoramic view over 100 km of sea and the Romagna coast. The apartment is located on the second floor with a private entrance and elevator. Once you arrive, you will be welcomed by the charming and quiet independent apartment surrounded by nature and history. You can simultaneously enjoy the beaches of Rimini and Riccione and the wonderful quiet of the hills. The space We completed the renovation of the house in 2018, equipping it with every comfort and paying special attention to detail. You can relax day and night at a constant temperature thanks to the ceiling cooling and heating, without annoying air drafts. You can take advantage of a strategic location that allows you to reach the Republic of San Marino in 10 minutes by car, whose historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In about 15 minutes by car you can enjoy the beaches of Rimini. In addition, a 5-minute walk away there is a children's playground, a basketball court and a soccer field, and a large municipal swimming pool. Staying in our apartment allows you to experience many types of vacations: bike rides, cultural and historical visits, food and wine tastings and of course experiencing the beach of the Romagna Riviera of Rimini and Riccione. At 300 meters you can walk to the characteristic historic center of the village of Verucchio (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy) which offers numerous cultural and food and wine attractions, thanks to the restaurants and clubs that offer typical specialties and of course thanks to the wonderful Malatesta Fortress and the museum full of Etruscan and cultural historical artifacts not to be missed. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor and can also be accessed from the private garden directly with the internal elevator. Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower, one of which has a whirlpool tub. Each bedroom has a TV. The living area is characterized by the wonderful and exclusive panoramic view of 100 km of the Romagna coast. Furnished with a Chesterfield leather sofa and armchair, plasma TV and antique-style sideboard found in the old house and restored. We also have the possibility of two armchairs to accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchenette is very functional and features an induction cooktop, oven, fridge and freezer. Our heating and cooling system are state-of-the-art: heat and fresh air come directly from the ceiling without the use of split, so you will find pleasure in every season. You can also independently manage the temperature in every area of the apartment, thanks to the home automation system that controls the system. There is no gas throughout the house, but everything is electrically powered. Outside, in the garden, you can park your car.
