There is a locked owner's storage area in the basement, but everything else is available for guest use. There is a private driveway for off-street parking, and there is ample free on-street parking as well. You can easily walk through the neighborhood, and there is an excellent butcher / market nearby, as well as an awesome gym, and an adorable, award-winning coffee shop. Other things to note The house was featured on the 2017 Brighton Heights house tour and was featured in the North Side Chronicle. Additionally, it has been photographed for its professionally landscaped gardens. It was built in 1933 and is packed with original details and Craftsman charm, including hardwood floors, built-ins, and stained glass doors and lights.
