There will be no refunds for insects or the occasional critter sighting. The house is treated seasonally. The cottage is comfortable with a large living room. The dining room is spacious and looks out over the deck and the river. The kitchen is well stocked and tends to be a favorite hangout spot. There are three bedrooms and 2 of them have river views. There are 2 bathrooms and one includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
