This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season. Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson. The space The cottage is in the country and there is a lot of life around us. There will be no refunds for insects or the occasional critter sighting. The house is treated seasonally. The cottage is comfortable with a large living room. The dining room is spacious and looks out over the deck and the river. The kitchen is well stocked and tends to be a favorite hangout spot. There are three bedrooms and 2 of them have river views. There are 2 bathrooms and one includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
