Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with no additional or undisclosed guests permitted. 2.Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and we observe quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. 3. This home does not accommodate noisy celebrations, music events, or excessive noise-making activities. 4. Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. 5. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's good condition and will be held financially liable for any missing or damaged items. Here are some common questions that guests ask us about their stay: When is check-in and check-out time? Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. You can arrive any time after 3 pm, and we will provide you with an access pin code to enter. Early check-in depends on whether the home is cleaned early enough. If you want to check-in early, you can ask us the day before you arrive and we will confirm availability. What amenities do you provide? We provide WiFi, towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, salt, pepper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, Windex, broom, and mop. The hot tub can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. You can use the spa without heating it. If you want to heat the spa, there is a $25 daily fee.
