Corner barn low occupancy (sleeps 2)

Located in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside, Corner barn is luxuriously large. Usually catering for much larger groups, when we have gaps in the calendar we have decided to offer a low occupancy rate. This is based on the use of the downstairs of the property only which includes a kingsized bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We will put a stair gate across the bottom of the stairs. The space Located in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside, Corner barn is luxuriously large. Usually catering for much larger groups, during the quiet season (and particularly with covid) we have decided to offer a low occupancy rate. This is based on the use of the downstairs of the property only which includes a kingsized bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We will put a stair gate across the bottom of the stairs. Corner barn has a spacious, tiled, entrance hall. Perfect for muddy boots. To your left is the kingsized bedroom with ensuite wet room. Corner is perfectly set up for those in a wheelchair. We provide all linen and towels. There is also a separate toilet with sink located off of the entrance hall. Corner has a huge kitchen, usually used for cooking for up to 17 guests in, so when there are just 2 of you it is like a home from home. There is a 6 seater dining table. We provide all essentials like pots, pans, plates etc. There is a kettle and a cafetiere. We also provide washing up liquid, tabs for the dishwasher, kitchen roll, cling and so on. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a shared tumble dryer located outside in the open barn. The huge lounge has comfy sofas and arm chairs, a TV and dvd player and a log burner. The downstairs of Corner barn is heated via underfloor heating, plus a log burner in the lounge. Located in a very small, rural village there are lovely walks right on the doorstep. The garden area is set within the courtyard which is shared by the 3 barns, but you have your own fully enclosed seating area within this which is screened by plants and pergolas. Perfect for letting any furry friends out for a wee! We provide a simple welcome pack which contains milk, tea, coffee,sugar etc. We are dog friendly (2 max) but please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing a furry friend with you. Guest access This listing is for the use of the downstairs of Corner barn only. You will have exclusive use of the barn and it's fenced garden area within the courtyard garden. Other things to note Corner is in a small complex of 4 converted barns.
