Bright Lakeview Room with Dedicated Workspace

You’ll love staying at our uniquely situated home, which is on Lake Ontario (Rouge Hill GO Stn). The space has been designed to capture the coastal vibe of our part of the city, which feels like cottage country with the convenience of getting to the downtown core in 30 minutes driving or on the Lakeshore GO. Both windows open to a beautiful view of the lake. Our guests also enjoy spending time in the yard, which backs onto the Green Belt conservation area — calling nature & bird enthusiasts! The space 🏡The listing is for a bright bedroom, full washroom, dedicated fridge, and workspace, as well as access to our fenced private yard. The Murphy bed, which has been custom-made for this space, is sturdy and comfortable, while allowing you to open the space up during the day. The bathroom is shared with other guests and myself. My schedule is flexible in terms of arranging a shower schedule if needed. ☀️ The house is an open concept space that’s exceptionally bright through the day (we rarely use lights). 🦉 You have access to the yard, which our guests, especially birdwatchers, really enjoy as we have many trees and the property backs out onto a conservation area (Ontario Greenbelt). 🧴We have everything you need, so you can just show up and make yourself at home here 🛋 ☕️ Start your morning with a cup of tea or Nespresso. Take a walk or take one of our bikes down one of the many scenic trails around us. 📺 You’re set up with a TV & Amazon Firestick to display from your phone or computer. You’ll also find other items like yoga mat, weights, and several board games for indoor days. 👩🏽‍💻The quiet neighbourhood, dedicated workspace, and speedy wifi make our place ideal for work-from-home. We’ve hosted many guests for work and writing retreats. You’ll also find lots of reading material to inform and inspire you! ♥️ We take the small details seriously! We’re delighted to have received so many beautiful notes and reviews, and are honoured to have been the background of photo shoots for weddings and beauty products.
