Ground Floor apartment on working farm

The Sty is a recently renovated ground floor accessible apartment. The bedroom has a superking/twin bed with space for a cot or z-bed. There is a sofa and a wall mounted TV. The small kitchenette has a dining table, chairs and basic cooking facilities. It has a spacious wetroom with a roll top bath and roll in shower. A wheel in shower chair is available. The Sty has a designated parking space and patio outside. You have use of a communal BBQ & pizza oven. A wood fired hot tub can be hired. The space The Kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and work top induction hob. The patio outside is for the exclusive use of the The Sty, with table and chairs and woodfired chimenea. Guest access The farm is in an idyllic rural setting yet close to the Jurassic Coast. There is no public transport. It is 5 miles from the town of Honiton with all the usual shops. Other things to note If you require a taxi please book at the same time as the accommodation as taxis are limited.
