Villa Spåkenes - house with views of Lyngenfjorden

My house is located at the end of Spåkenes [Spo:kenes], by Lyngenfjorden. From the house you have a wonderful view of Lyngenfjorden and Lyngsalpene. The region is an eldorado for those who want to go on top tours on skis, hiking, kayaking, trail biking and much more. From the house you can see both the northern lights and the midnight sun - whether you are sitting on the porch or in the living room. You can even see the northern lights and the midnight sun from the bedroom. Villa Spåkenes - the perfect place to enjoy the Arctic nature. The space The house is located by itself only 100 meters from Lyngenfjorden. On the plot you will find an old barn where you can store bicycles or other equipment and where you will find wood for the oven. The house was completely renovated in 2020. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms. One of the rooms has a skylight (northern light window!). One bedroom has a 140 cm bed as well as a single bed on top of the wardrobe. The master bedroom overlooks the fjord and the Lyngsalpene. Both floors have a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a washing machine on the second floor. On the first floor you will find a large entrance hall with heating cables. Here there is plenty of closet space and the opportunity to dry clothes. From the entrance you enter the living room and kitchen. The living room and kitchen have panoramic windows overlooking the fjord and the Lyngsalpene. From the living room/kitchen you can go straight out on the porch. With the bathroom on the ground floor you will find a sauna. There is a private exit to the porch from the bathroom. Guest access Parking: There is plenty of space for cars right in front of the house. There is also an electric car charger (6 Kw). Other things to note Winter: If you come in the winter, you should be aware that there can be a lot of wind on Spåkenes which in turn can cause challenges with snowdrifts. Then it is almost impossible to clear snow by hand. But I have a nice neighbor who can clear the road for you for a small fee (NOK 200 per clearing). Snowplowing is agreed upon directly with the neighbor. Contact information can be found in the house.
