Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV. The home overlooks the park at the Veterans Affairs campus that has a public walking/jogging track. The track winds through to the University of Alabama's Arboretum. There is a corner store less than a half mile away. The Master has one king bed, second bedroom has one queen bed. There are two living rooms, one with a bunkbed and desk and one with a sofa The space We take sanitation and health concerns very seriously and liberally use bleach and anti bactiral cleaning solutions between stays. This is NOT an apartment or a condo! Its a cute private house in a great area of town just a few minutes from campus! Large deck on back and fenced back yard. Guest access Self check in via electronic lock. Huge fenced yard, carport, access to jogging track. No more than 4 cars per city ordinance please. Other things to note Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms-. The Master has king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a twin bunkbed in the office area. This area is a shared space and is not a private room. We are a pet friendly home but this DOES NOT include cats, sorry but no exceptions. Potty trained well behaved dogs are welcome for a one time non refundable deposit of $35.
