A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden. The space Oak Barn Norfolk boasts a locally handmade kitchen with all quartz worktops, American style fridge freezer, a large range cooker and dish washer. We have three walk in showers and two large baths. Our cosy snug is a great space to read, relax and enjoy the view. The spacious living room has two large sofas and an armchair next to the wood burner (large basket of firewood included). It has a large smart TV with it's own Netflix account for you to use. Our ample parking area also includes an electric car charging point (available on request). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, courtyard and garden with no shared spaces with other accommodations.
