It is a new home that pays homage to vintage style. There is a bedroom and bathroom on each floor and both feature a queen bed with premium bedding and lots of extra pillows, blankets and towels. Ice cold AC and cozy heat, top of the line appliances, hardwood floors and a screened in back porch decked with exquisite Brazilian tigerwood. Hanging daybed that overlooks the fully fenced backyard with gas fire pit, Weber grill, bathing cabana and mural. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you might need, spices, plastic wrap, tin foil, extra paper towels, cleaning supplies, lots of toilet paper and tissues, quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash amenities. So many extras like a special recipe s'mores kit, salsa and chips and other light snacks as well as coffee and fresh cream. Let us know if you have any special requests! There are so many beautiful beaches a short drive away. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided and we’re happy to let you borrow a cooler, just ask! Books, games, coloring books and puzzles along with a quality smart TV with a cable package and ability to stream your favorite shows. You are so close to all of the history, shopping, restaurants, bars and beaches…but you might just want to curl up with a book on the hanging daybed, cook in the gorgeous well-stocked kitchen, watch something fun on the smart TV or get some work done on the speedy internet. We are exceptionally blessed to have a cleaning guru who is head of housekeeping for a downtown hotel. Our two properties are the only vacation rentals that he cleans. We have quality control steps throughout the process to ensure your stay is sparkling clean and healthy. No chore lists here - Just relax and enjoy your vacation! Guest access You have the entire house, porch, fenced back yard and off-street paved parking to yourself!. Keypad entry allows you easy access. On-site laundry with supplies. There are two utility closets and a garden/maintenance shed that is locked. We're around the corner if you need anything! Other things to note Well behaved and well cared for dogs (no cats) who are up-to-date on their flea, tick & vaccinations will be welcomed with a $150 pet fee.. The back yard is fully fenced. Be sure to let us know in advance as we set up the house a bit differently and schedule a deep clean after every pet stay. 2 dog maximum. Blue Heaven has lovely neighbors who we have known for decades. In respect to them and due to residential zoning no more than 6 people and three cars are allowed on property at any time. Thank you for understanding. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A minimum $500 fine. Please don't! Blue Heaven is zoned Residential and is limited to what is allowed for a short term rental. We can lose our license to operate! Please help by adhering to no more than: * 3 cars * 5 people (doesn't matter if they're spending the night or not) Thank you! The Nation's Oldest City is constantly under construction and renovations. There can be noise at the property and traffic can be slow getting in/out/around town. We really appreciate your understanding. There is one ring camera on the outside of the property pointing at the driveway so we can ensure only guests are accessing the property.
