Peaceful retreat with River Dart views

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break in this tranquil countryside location overlooking the River Dart. The space Bright and spacious, self-contained guest suite for two with private entrance, on-site parking and private use of the large south facing garden and terrace. Internally,  the split-level accommodation includes; - bedroom with kingsize bed and fabulous views over the river towards Dartmouth - small, well-equipped kitchen - bathroom with both bath + shower - light and airy living area with river and countryside views. Externally, - gated on-site parking - access to the garage for storage should you require - large south facing garden and terrace area with comfy seating, dining table, BBQ and fire pit (we supply a starter pack of charcoal and logs). Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will love exploring the garden and grounds! Please read our house rules prior to booking if you wish to bring a dog with you 🐕. The local and surrounding area is fantastic for outdoor activities such as coastal and country walking, cycling through the local villages (if you enjoy hills) or kayaking along the river. There are plenty of great local beaches if you enjoy a cold-water dip or a relaxing stroll on the shore. There is also lots to offer food and wine lovers with great restaurants, local markets and even an award-winning Devon vineyard.  Please advise if you would like any recommendations and we will happily suggest an itinerary to suit your interests. Other things to note Internet and Wifi: Please bear in mind we are a rural location and therefore our internet is not fibre optic and can be intermittent. We do have good 4G and mobile phone signal coverage.
