Little Jack's Cottage - 2 guests + pet friendly

Little Jack's is a private open plan, two sleeper studio with separate kitchen & bathroom. The cottage is spacious with a comfy double bed, ideal for a couple or solo traveller. The cottage is located on a large plot on raised ground adjacent to the owner's home & is 2 mins from the beach, shops & local amenities. Parking is shared in the main drive way, your garden is fenced & includes a table & umbrella. Tastefully decorated, well kitted, peaceful, clean, pet friendly & affordable. The space The cottage is a new build and although finished and neat is an ongoing project. It is comfortable and homely and has its own private garden. Please note that the parking and vehicle gate is shared. The area is lush and quiet, great for relaxing. Guest access Guests have access to their separate garden that overlooks the grounds and the owners house below. Other things to note It is preferable to bring only one dog, unless otherwise arranged, as the space is not well suited to large or multiple dogs. You have your own gated off private garden next to the cottage. Please note that we have two medium sized friendly dogs that live in their own garden and are kept away from guest spaces. Whilst the drive way is shared and you may see the owner come and go through the main gate, we intend to give you your privacy as far as possible. We have a groundsman who lives adjacent to the cottage some nights during the week. He works week days on the property. We will deep clean the cottage after you leave however please put your own trash in the outside bin before you leave.
