Pineapple Cabin by hospitals (monthly discount)

This petite cabin for ONE person is 5 minutes (1.1 miles) from Greenville Memorial Hospital and 2 miles from St. Francis downtown. It is an ECONOMY stay, not luxury. There is a single electric burner, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, shower, toilet, sink, twin bed, and desk/kitchen table with a chair. It is a private space though the driveway is shared with other tenants. FREE WIFI. Smart Samsung TV. There is NOISE from nearby railroad, busy road with ambulances, & loud overhead AC The space This 12x 12x12 foot wood cabin nicknamed “The Pineapple” is 1.1 miles from Greenville Memorial Hospital and 2 miles from St. Francis downtown. It is petite and efficient, not luxury. There is a new twin sized bed, efficiency kitchen with mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and single electric burner, and a small kitchen table/desk. It is a private space and next to an almost identical cabin. There is free WIFI on the property. There is a smart Samsung TV. It is an economical space for short-term needs and is for ONE person only. We do have cameras on property and will assess a $50 fee if additional guests that are not on reservation are seen entering the cabin. Also, please know the air conditioning unit is very loud. There are frequent ambulances going to the hospital and a train that crosses Washington near the house. There is a space heater. Please turn off the AC or space heater whenever you are not in the cabin. Guest access The driveway is shared with other guests. The cabin has a private entrance and is a private space. Other things to note There is free WIFI . There is a smart Samsung TV. There is a noisy overhead AC unit and a space heater. Please turn them off whenever you are not in the cabin. This space is for ONE person. There is a twin bed intended for ONE person. We have cameras on site and will assess a $50 fine if additional guests come into the cabin. There is a shared driveway with other tenants. There is high potential for noise from nearby railroad tracks and nearby road with noisy ambulance traffic. Also the air conditioning unit is very noisy. We supply a starter amount of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Long term guests supply these consumables beyond the initial starter amounts for the remainder of their stay. The main house on property is under construction so there is ongoing work there and yard work is still in the future. There is no laundry. NO SMOKING of any substance: cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping. There is a minimum $200 fine for smoking. Smoke remediation is not cheap!
