Just minutes from the Crossville Dragway, Crossville speedway, Airport & lots of great stuff to enjoy in Crossville & Surrounding areas Quite & friendly neighbors that you probably wouldn't ever know they are around. Our property is joining another property next door that has its own structure & is used to Dock our motorhome & vehicles but it's quite with no guest interaction unless they need us. Our guest could also use this property to turn around large vehicles, trailers ext... or use it for additional parking if needed. Guest have 100% access to the house & property listed! We have a large gravel lot with Parking for several vehicles. there is a large turn around & room for large vehicles, trailers, campers,ext... This is a rural area so vehicles would be the preferred means of transportation. Located just 8 miles to I-40 & Crossville City, Just 6 miles to Clarkrange & The Grocery store. The property is right on hwy 127 so there is some heavy traffic during the day but we hardly notice it at night or when we are inside. The neighboring property is where our motor home/Camper & some vehicles are stored.This a separate property that has its own driveway,structure,power & water it shouldn't effect our guest in anyway. There wouldn't be any interaction unless our guest needed us for some reason. Guest have 100% access & privacy of the house and property that is listed.
