Villa Aelia is in the village of Kampos located on the south west part of Paros with an amazing view across Antiparos island. It is a sun-bathed villa within 250 m. from a local uncrowded pebbly beach. The newly built complex consists of two adjoining houses built according to the Cycladic style in white colors both indoors and outdoors. It is surrounded by spacious verandas and a newly planted garden. The space The Location and the Main House: The location is in a quiet area offering an ideal choice for relaxing and exploring the island of Paros. The main house has 2 bedrooms and the guest house another 2. It can host up to 8 persons therefore ideal for big families or couples. The interior of both houses covers a total area of 260 m2. The ground floor consists of one twin-bed bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a spacious living room combined with a dining area with access to a large kitchen. On the upper floor, there is a double-bed bedroom with its own bathroom. The upper floor bedroom has sole access to a fantastic veranda with a wonderful sea view towards the island of Antiparos. Both bedrooms as well as the staircase feature wooden floors while the rest of the house is paved with pure marble from the island of Naxos. Both bedrooms have air conditioning devices as well as ceiling fans for more natural cooling. The Guest House: The guest house has an independent entrance. It consists of one double bed and one twin bed bedroom hosting up to 4 persons in total. There is one bathroom with shower, a kitchen as well as a living room with a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 persons. Both bedrooms are cooled with ceiling fans. The Garden and the Verandas: The villa offers a terrific outdoor sitting area surrounded by spacious verandas paved with stones where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Aegean sea looking across the island of Antiparos. There are dining and coffee tables that can be placed either under the shadow of the wooden pergolas or directly under the sun as well as an outdoor barbecue where you can have your meals while enjoying the gorgeous, long and unforgettable sunsets The verandas and the houses are surrounded by a garden with newly planted olive trees, grapes, seasonal flowers and lots of naturally grown herbs such as mint, rosemary, oregano, basil. Feel free to use these for preparing your mediterranean dishes! Finally, the villa offers a spacious parking area for 2 to 3 cars.
