The house is located on the first line of the navigable Volga River. You can swim, sunbathe and fish without leaving the site. The space The house is 260 sqm, includes four bedrooms - two bedrooms for adults and two bedrooms for children/teenagers, a kitchen - dining room, a living room and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a shower. The house is equipped with furniture, bed linen, dishes and is ready for living. The detached house has a Finnish sauna (steaming without brooms) with a plunge pool. The barbecue area is equipped with a brazier and two built-in cauldrons. Optionally, for an additional fee, we can invite a chef to cook in the barbecue area for a large company (pilaf, shurpa, kebabs...). There is also a summer children's house on the site. Parking is available for four cars. Guest access Next to the house there are Radisson Blu hotel complexes (4 km), Golf Club (3 km), GlavUPDk Zavidovo. On their territory there are all kinds of sports grounds (football, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shooting range, etc.), swimming pools, spa complexes, restaurants (Tsarevna, Crimea, Shosha, Kinza). The Yamskoy forest is 1.5 km away, which is great for hiking and cycling. There is a stable with an indoor riding arena 500 meters from the house.
